Configure your public booking page appearance and settings

Appearance

Logo

The max file size is 2MB and ensure the file name does not have any special characters or spaces. We recommend a .PNG file format, but any web picture format should work.

The dimensions for the logo should be 800 × 800 pixels (1:1 ratio), and a square logo would look best on your facility's booking page.

Banner

You can add up to 10 banner images to showcase your facility. Images should be less than 2MB, and file types should be JPEG or PNG. For best results, the dimensions for the banner should be 16:9 ratio.

If your banner appears cropped after uploading, try adding some padding or empty space around the main subject (centre focal point) of the image before uploading it again. This helps ensure the important parts of the image remain visible across different screen sizes.

Description

Adding a facility description to your booking page can improve the overall experience for your customers and make the booking process smoother for both staff and clients. This will be publicly displayed on your main booking page.

Service Category Order

You can re-order how your service categories are displayed on your main booking page. Perhaps you want to steer your customers to purchasing a membership, so you can place this first on the list.

To re-order the service, simply just drag and drop each of the tiles into the order of your preference,


Social

You can add your social media links so they are displayed and accessible on your facility’s booking page. These links will appear as clickable icons, making it easy for customers to connect with you on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more.
