My printer is connected but stops printing.

  1. Go to the top right-hand corner in the grey circle.

  2. Press "Settings".

  3. Delete the connected printer.

  4. Relaunch the application completely (as when closing all open applications on the tablet) or restart the tablet.

  5. Reopen the Order Manager application.

  6. Go to the top right-hand corner in the grey circle.

  7. Press "Settings".

  8. Press "Connect printer".

  9. Press on the printer in question.

  10. The list should read "1 printer connected".

  11. Press on the connected printer.

  12. Press the "Test" button.

  13. If the problem persists, contact support (via support@rushour.io or via the question mark on the tablet).
