  1. On the Order Manager application, go to the grey circle at top right.

  2. Press "Settings".

  3. Press "Settings" again.

  4. Check that auto-acceptance is enabled.

    If it isn't, you haven't accepted the order in time.

    If it is, contact support:

    We advise you to always have auto-acceptance activated, in line with the platforms' algorithms, to avoid having orders rejected/refused.
