On the Order Manager application, go to the grey circle at top right.
Press "Settings".
Press "Settings" again.
Check that auto-acceptance is enabled.
If it isn't, you haven't accepted the order in time.

We advise you to always have auto-acceptance activated, in line with the platforms' algorithms, to avoid having orders rejected/refused.
