How can I deactivate the same product on several platforms?

  1. Go to the Order Manager application.

  2. Log in with your login and password.

  3. Go to the "Products" tab.

  4. Deactivate the product in question.

    In the top right-hand corner, make sure you know which platform you're on, and which brand (if you have several).

    You can either deactivate the product overnight, or deactivate it on all platforms/brands.

    Note that in order to deactivate the product on other platforms and brands from this button, the product name must be written exactly the same on all platforms (to the nearest capital letter, accentuation, emoji, etc.).
