My product is deactivated on the tablet but the customer can still order them.

  1. On the Order Manager application, go to "Products".

  2. Check that you are on the right brand, and on the right platform.

  3. Check that the product appears only once on your menu, or that all the same products are deactivated.

  4. If everything was done correctly, contact support, giving the order number, date, delivery platform and brand.
