My KDS/EL displays "No Internet".

  1. Connect the DispatchR (black case) to your display via HDMI.

  2. Plug the DispatchR into an electrical outlet.

  3. Turn on the DispatchR switch (if fitted).

  4. Switch on the screen.

  5. Once the page: "NOT INTERNET" is displayed on your screen.

By Wifi :

  1. From your computer/tablet (which is no longer connected to the restaurant's Wi-Fi, or have the network forgotten), connect to the Wi-Fi network: RUSHOUR.IO

  2. Select the restaurant's Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

  3. Wait 1 minute.

  4. Switch off the DispatchR for 1 minute and then switch it back on.

Ethernet cable (RJ45) :

  1. Connect the cable to the LAN socket on the Dispatchr

  2. Wait 1 minute.

  3. Switch off the DispatchR for 1 minute and switch it on again.
