My KDS/EL no longer displays anything

  1. Unplug the HDMI DispatchR (black box) from your screen.

  2. Unplug the DispatchR from the wall socket.

  3. Wait a few minutes.

  4. Reconnect the DispatchR to HDMI on your screen.

  5. Reconnect the DispatchR to an electrical outlet.

  6. Turn on the DispatchR switch (if fitted).

  7. Switch on the screen.

  8. Once the page: "NOT INTERNET" is displayed on your screen.

By Wifi :

  1. From your computer/tablet (which is no longer connected to the restaurant's Wi-Fi, or have the network forgotten), connect to the Wi-Fi network: RUSHOUR.IO

  2. Select the restaurant's Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

  3. Wait 1 minute.

  4. Switch off the DispatchR for 1 minute and then switch it back on.

Ethernet cable (RJ45) :

  1. Connect the cable to the LAN socket on the Dispatchr

  2. Wait 1 minute.

  3. Switch off the DispatchR for 1 minute and switch it on again.
