As we've stated previously, all RUSH wagers are based on live events - and these live events get cancelled from time to time.   When an event that one of the races was based on gets cancelled, then that wager gets refunded (meaning the money goes back into your account).   

Cancellations can happen for a wide variety of reasons, and while we'd love if they didn't happen, they are out of our control.   The great news is that it means you got your money back and can now make another wager!   (silver lining!)
