To check your balance or update your bank details, go to Billing → Manage Stripe Account:
The short version
When a customer pays you through RV Help Payments, the money goes to your connected Stripe account, and Stripe deposits it to your bank on your payout schedule. So "invoice paid" means the customer's payment cleared — your bank deposit follows a little later, on Stripe's timing, not instantly.
How the money flows
The customer pays the invoice through RV Help Payments.
The 5% referral fee (only on jobs RV Help sent you) and Stripe's processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 are taken out automatically — you don't remit anything yourself.
The remainder lands in your connected Stripe account.
Stripe pays out your available balance to your linked bank account on your payout schedule.

How long until it reaches my bank?
Payouts follow your Stripe account's schedule. New accounts often have a longer wait on the first payout while Stripe completes setup, and after that deposits arrive on a rolling basis.
The invoice says paid but I don't see the money
This is almost always normal payout timing — "paid" confirms the customer's payment, and the bank deposit follows on Stripe's schedule. Check:
Your Stripe balance. The funds usually show in Stripe as pending/available before they hit your bank.
Your bank details in Stripe. A missing or unverified bank account will hold up payouts.
First payout. If this is one of your first jobs, the initial deposit can take longer.
If it's been longer than expected and your Stripe account is fully set up, reply in chat with the job details and we'll look into it.
Still don't see your payment?
Reply in chat with the job and the date you completed it, and we'll trace it within one business day.
