Ambassadors are trusted returning guests who help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere at dinner.
They receive a free ticket and are manually added by the community owner.
How to add an Ambassador
Go to Members → Returning Guests
Find one of your most active attendees
Reach out and invite them to be an Ambassador
Once they accept, go to:
Tables → AmbassadorsAdd them using their email address
How Ambassador assignment works
We’ll assign one Ambassador per restaurant based on their questionnaire answers and compatibility with the group.
All communication and coordination with Ambassadors is handled directly by the community owner.
Day-of details
On the morning of the dinner, each Ambassador will receive an email with everything they need for the evening, including:
The restaurant they've been assigned to
The number of tables they'll be supporting
The names of the guests assigned to each table
This gives Ambassadors time to familiarize themselves with the group before guests arrive and helps them create a warm, welcoming experience from the start.

Ambassadors can support the experience in whatever way feels natural for your community, including:
Helping with conversation starters
Welcoming guests
Coordinating name tags
Helping people find each other at the after-dinner hangout
Keeping the energy warm and inclusive
