Ambassadors

Invite loyal returning guests to help host the experience

Ambassadors are trusted returning guests who help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere at dinner.

They receive a free ticket and are manually added by the community owner.


How to add an Ambassador

  1. Go to Members β†’ Returning Guests

  2. Find one of your most active attendees

  3. Reach out and invite them to be an Ambassador

  4. Once they accept, go to:
    ​Tables β†’ Ambassadors

  5. Add them using their email address


How Ambassador assignment works

We’ll assign one Ambassador per restaurant based on their questionnaire answers and compatibility with the group.

All communication and coordination with Ambassadors is handled directly by the community owner.


What Ambassadors can help with

Ambassadors can support the experience in whatever way feels natural for your community, including:

  • Helping with conversation starters

  • Welcoming guests

  • Coordinating name tags

  • Helping people find each other at the afterparty

  • Keeping the energy warm and inclusive

Think of them as friendly anchors for the evening.
