Restaurant Selection

How restaurants are selected and how you can suggest your favorites

Written by Ana Rivera

One of the best parts of running a dinner club is that you don't have to spend time researching restaurants or making reservations—we take care of that for you.

Our team curates restaurants based on your selected dinner area, budget tiers, dietary accommodations, ratings, and reservation availability.

Suggest your favorite restaurants

If you have restaurants you'd love to include, you can suggest them in two places:

  • Inside a campaign when creating or editing a dinner

  • Restaurants & Bars from the left navigation, where you can manage your suggested restaurants and after-dinner hangout locations for future campaigns

You can suggest as many restaurants and after-dinner hangout locations as you'd like.

Review our curated list

Once we've curated restaurants for your dinner area, we'll let you know.

You'll be able to:

  • Mark your favorite restaurants

  • Remove restaurants that aren't a good fit for your community

We'll prioritize making reservations at your preferred restaurants whenever possible.

When might we choose a different restaurant?

We'll always do our best to book one of your preferred restaurants, but occasionally we may need to make a different choice.

This can happen if:

  • The restaurant doesn't have availability

  • The restaurant doesn't accept reservations

  • The restaurant can't accommodate your group size

  • Dietary or accessibility requirements can't be met

  • The restaurant is outside the selected dinner area or isn't a good fit for the event

Our priority is always to create the best experience for your attendees while keeping dinners within the neighborhood you've selected.

In short: you choose the neighborhood, you can suggest your favorite spots, and we'll take care of the rest.
