Arriving on site
On arrival, please follow the signage for Ryde, and if using their parking ensure you are using the yard (unless told otherwise by someone on site).
Greet the hub manager. They will sign you in.
Collect your high-vis jacket, keys to your van, and 'sorry I missed you' cards.
Scanning and packing
Once a manager has shown you your deliveries, use the Ryde app to scan your packages.

Electric vehicles
Electric vans are very quiet, please pay attention to other road users who may not be aware of your presence - particularly vulnerable road users and animals.
Electric vans accelerate faster than diesel or petrol vans so please take extra care when moving off or speeding up as you get familiar with the vehicles.
The majority of e-vans have electric hand brakes. Please familiarise yourself and take extra care to ensure the handbrake is on and the wheels are turned into the kerb.
Making deliveries
Be aware of animals when delivering. Never push your hand through a letterbox for example, as you do not know what is on the other side.
Never include a customer's face when taking proof of delivery photos.
