You can contact our live support team or submit a support request all from within the Ryde app.

If you cannot access your app or need help with an application, see here.

Open the side menu from the home page, and click Support.

Start a conversation with our friendly bot, search our help centre, or get live and instant support from a real person.

Anywhere within the app you see 'Need Help?' or 'Contact Support' you can click it to be instantly taken to our messenger.

This is especially useful if you are on a job and need support fast.

We will also send updates, notifications, posts, and support articles all from within the app, ensuring you can always be on top of the latest jobs and opportunities.
