Our clients have the ability to mark riders they have worked with as favourites. They will do this for riders with whom they have a good working relationship, believe have worked hard, or wish to work with again.
Favourite riders get:
Early access to new shifts (24 hours before other riders) at specific locations
Instant notifications when new shifts are uploaded
How do you know you are a favourite?
If a client favourites you you will receive a notification and a pop-up in the Ryde app. You will then receive access to shifts at that specific location 24 hours before other riders.
Please note that if a shift or job is posted 48 hours or less before it starts, all riders will have access to it at the same time.
You can also see which sites have set you as a favourite by going to the bottom of the Performance tab in My details on the Ryde app.
Muting notifications
Clicking the bell icon will allow you to turn off early notifications for shifts. Clicking it a second time will then turn them back on.
