It's important to take good care of the packages you are delivering. When making deliveries, we ask all couriers to ensure:

  • Packages are handled with extreme care and transported safely to preserve the items.

  • Delivery bag cleanliness is maintained to an exceptional standard, avoiding cross-contamination of items.

  • Drop-off times are kept to the best of your ability.

  • Ensure that any items for delivery are appropriately secured. Arrange items in your bag so that parcels are not able to easily slide around during transit.

If the customer refuses the package for any reason, please contact our live support team in the app.

You may be asked to return the package to the pickup location. Fees and payments will be issued on a case-by-case basis dependent on who the responsibility for the damage or loss lies.

We suggest documenting as much as possible and holding onto these for at least 48 hours after delivery to prove your case if need be. Some of our drop-offs will require you to take photo evidence, which is used in case something unforeseen comes up with the delivery.
