It's vital you know how to work a shift upon arrival, and the training will only take a few minutes.

At the start of you shift you will be required to provide the hub manager onsite your job ID for the shift, so make sure to have it to hand as you arrive.

Please bring a form of ID. with you to your shift with Gopuff. This must be verified by a hub manager and is vital to do before you can start your first shift.

You must ensure you are logged into the Gopuff app as soon as you start your shift and keep it on in the background throughout. The hours logged on the Gopuff app are very important for making sure you are paid correctly.

Anytime the Gopuff app is turned off, your hours cannot be verified, which is likely to impact your pay.

Any breaks taken through the Gopuff app will be recorded and used to calculate your final pay.

When working with Gopuff it's essential you have the correct equipment with you, otherwise, you may be sent home.

You must bring the vehicle type you have registered on the Ryde app. For example, if you are a moped rider, please bring your moped. If you are an e-bike rider, please bring your bike.

Additionally, if you are using your own moped you must have a functioning bike box on your vehicle and ideally your own thermal bag for delivery.
