If you have experienced harassment or discrimination:

This policy pertains to any of our riders, internal team, clients or customers.

To report an incident please let us know as soon as you can.

Should Ryde be made aware of any reports relating to harassment or discrimination, they are treated with urgent priority and are immediately escalated to senior members of the Ryde team.

In extreme circumstances, we encourage you where necessary to report to the police. Harassment and/or discrimination can be a criminal offence and investigated as such.

In addition to reporting such incidents, we continue to encourage you to immediately contact the emergency services if at any time you feel unsafe.

In any instance where you feel unsafe or at risk during delivery, you do not have an obligation to carry it out. We only ask that you alert Ryde and/or the police or emergency services at your earliest opportunity.
