Some jobs have a set of requirements. These are usually documents a client has said we need to verify in order for you to work that shift.

When you attempt to book a shift, if there are requirements, you will be met with this screen.

From here you can see what is missing, what is in the process of being checked, and what you have already provided.

If something is missing, click View Documents to be taken to the document upload screen.
