Check your browser's permission settings for its access to the camera and microphone functions.

Step 1 - Open your browser, e.g. Chrome.

At the top right corner of the page, click More or the 3 dots-icon then select Settings.

Step 2 - Under "Privacy and Security", click on Site Settings. You should see the Camera and Microphone settings.

  1. Review your blocked and allowed sites.

  2. To remove an existing exception or permission: To the right of the site, click Delete.

  3. To allow a site that you already blocked: Under "Blocked," select the site's name and change the camera or microphone permission to "Allow".
