What to do if a client wants to reschedule an appointment with their therapist.

VIDEO CALL SESSION

  • Rescheduling of a session is only allowed if it is more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.

  • You can reschedule the session by clicking on the Reschedule link shown below.
    ​

FACE-to-FACE SESSION

  • We ONLY allow rescheduling for Face-to-Face sessions 3 days before the scheduled session date.

  • You can reschedule the session by clicking on the Reschedule link shown below.
