Yes - our clients have full control to change your counsellor if there's no synergy.
The first session is usually more of an ice breaker and rapport building between client and therapist as most clients are uncomfortable to share anything in the first session.
We recommend doing a 90 minutes counselling session if this is your first time, to have ample time in feeling comfortable with your new therapist.
30 minutes - ice breaker + trust and rapport building by therapist.
60 minutes - Usually the real sharing at a counselling session begins after 30 minutes.
Total : 90 minutes
If you feel this is not needed, no worries - you can still select the 60 mins counseling option.
