We will do our best to reach out to the therapist to understand their reasons for missing the appointment. Upon receiving an update from the therapist, we will assist you either with rescheduling of the appointment (upon agreement with the therapist) or any other necessary steps to proceed with the session. This will be assessed on a case-to-case basis. In the event that your therapist does not respond and misses the entire session, our support team will assist you with booking another session or providing a refund.
