Therapist Not Online When Time for Session

The system may not show if both client and therapist are online. That feature is currently on the work out with our technical team.

Should you have a session and your therapist has not gave you a call. You have two steps to take:

  1. Click on the Call Now button on your Dashboard Page below the name of the specified therapist. This is to initiate the call to your therapist.

  2. Send us a message via intercom and we will reach out to the therapist and see why he/she is not able to give you a call on your session.
