The system may not show if both client and therapist are online. That feature is currently on the work out with our technical team.
Should you have a session and your therapist has not gave you a call. You have two steps to take:
Click on the Call Now button on your Dashboard Page below the name of the specified therapist. This is to initiate the call to your therapist.
Send us a message via intercom and we will reach out to the therapist and see why he/she is not able to give you a call on your session.
