How to resolve a non-functioning call link.

To enter your video call session, you may click on the button provided in your appointment reminder email called "Link to Call'. Should you face any issues with accessing the video call please continue reading this article.

If the link is not working and is routing you to a blank page, you may need to log-in to your account through our website via https://app.safespace.sg/.

Click on the "Call Now" button, which will be located below your Therapist's name.

If the problem still persists, do send us a message via the Intercom Live Chat so that we can assist you.

You can access the Intercom Live chat by logging in to your account and clicking on the "Help" button located at the top right part of the page. Please refer to the image below:
