Only cancellations that comply with the booking cancellation policy will be provided with a 100% refund.
Booking Cancellation Policy :
For all Face to Face bookings, cancellation is to be done 72 hours or more before the counselling session.
For video call bookings, cancellation to be done 24 hours or more before the counselling session.
If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours (Video Calls) or 72 hours (Face to face) from the appointment schedule, client will be provided 100% refund.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours (Video Calls) or 72 hours (Face to face) from the appointment schedule, refunds will not be provided.
