What is a Psychologist?
They are professionals with psychology degrees. They practice psychology and study mental states, perceptual, cognitive, emotional, and social processes, and behavior. Their work often involves the experimentation, observation, and interpretation of how individuals relate to each other and to their environments.
What is a Coach?
They are the type of wellness professional who helps people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment. They work with clients to identify their goals, pain points, and undesired behaviors blocking their progression, and guide the clients to create an action plan to achieve desired results. Life coaches are not mental healthcare professionals unless they completed education in counselling, psychology, or social work and are trained in counseling. Coaches may work on various areas of your lives including career and relationships.
