I’m getting an “unprocessed error” during ID verification

The “unprocessed error” in Persona usually means you’re trying to verify a minor’s ID — only the parent or guardian needs to verify their identity.

If you’re seeing an “unprocessed error” while verifying an ID in Persona, it’s usually because you’re trying to verify a minor’s ID.

Only adults need to verify their ID

Patients under 18 years old do not complete identity verification through Persona.
A parent or legal guardian must verify their own identity instead.
