Understanding your dashboard status
Draft â Your form is incomplete. Youâll need to finish all required sections before submitting.
Ready for payment â Youâve completed your form but havenât submitted payment. Once you pay, your case will be sent to a physician for review.
Paid â Your intake has been submitted and payment confirmed. Your information is now waiting for physician review.
Completed â The physician has reviewed your case and finalized your recommendations. Your report is ready to view, and your prescriptions have been sent to the pharmacy you selected.
Most travelers receive their recommendations within 2â3 business days of completing payment.
