Under our Saga Select Home Insurance, contents in outbuildings and domestic garages are covered up to £3,000 for theft or attempted theft. For all other covered perils, we will cover up to the contents sum insured.
With Saga Plus Home Insurance, the contents in outbuildings are covered up to the sum insured for all perils including theft.
Outbuildings are covered under the buildings section of all policies, but only if they form part of the main property and the rebuild value is adequate to cover this, as well as the main property.
