Hearing aids can be covered under Saga Home Contents insurance. If you require cover for them away from the home, they will need to be noted under the Personal Belongings section of the policy. If the hearing aids are valued at over £2500, they will need to be added as a specified item.
Hearing aids will only be covered for accidental damage or loss in the home if your Saga Select policy includes optional accidental damage cover. Saga Plus includes this cover as standard.
Hearing aids that were purchased together (i.e., they came in the same box) will be treated as a single item. If the hearing aids were purchased separately, they should be insured individually.
