What should I do if I can't view my policy?

Updated over a week ago

There may be occasions where your policy is not added to your MySaga account automatically or you may encounter an issue when trying to view or download your documents.

The policy I'm looking for is not displayed on my account

If your policy is not listed under the "Insurance dashboard" page of your MySaga account, this can be added manually.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your policy number in the box titled "can't see your policy?" and click "add".

Your policy should then be displayed, and your documents will be accessible.

I can't find my policy number

Your policy number can be found on any emails we've sent in relation to the policy you're looking to add. If you're unable to find this, please get in touch with the team and we'll be happy to help.

2 - Select "iCloud"

3 - Scroll down to "iCloud features"

4 - Select "Private Relay"

Once these steps have been completed, you should be able to access your documents without issue.

There is no "view document" button

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers when trying to view their documents. If you can't access them via the "insurance dashboard" page of your MySaga account, please click here.
