If you can't use your current 2FA method, use your recovery key to sign in to Sage Account Management.
📎NOTE: When you use your recovery key, Sage gives you a new recovery key.
You must make a note of the new key. You'll need it again when you remove your existing 2FA method.
Sign in to Sage Account Management at account.sso.sage.com.
When Sage asks you to verify your identity, select Authenticate a different way.
Enter your recovery key to sign in.
Make a note of the new recovery key Sage gives you. You'll need this key again later.
Select Protect your account.
Select Remove for your existing 2FA method.
Enter your password when Sage asks you to sign in again.
When Sage asks you to authenticate again, select Verify a different way instead so you can use your new recovery key.
Enter the new recovery key you noted in step 4.
Sage removes your existing 2FA method.
Select Protect your account, then set up 2FA again.
📌TIP: We recommend you use Sage Verify for 2FA.
Add a backup method
After you set up 2FA again, add a backup method.
A backup method helps you recover access if you lose access to your authentication device.
