View my payslips on the Sage HR web portal

How to view your payslips on the Sage HR website.

Once your employer publishes your payslips, you can log in to Sage HR to view both current and past payslips. You can also download and save copies as PDFs.

📎NOTE: These are the steps to view payslips on the Sage HR website. You can also access your tax documents using the same steps.

If you’re using a phone, view your payslips in the Sage HR mobile app instead.

Your payroll administrator uploads payslips to Sage HR. If you can’t find your payslips or if something looks wrong, contact them to check.

If you’ve left the company and can no longer log in, contact your former employer. They can confirm your account status and provide payslips or other documents another way.

📎NOTE: Create your login from the welcome email before you can access your payslips. If you didn’t receive it or it expired, contact your employer to resend it.

📎NOTE: The steps in this guide are about viewing payslips via the Sage HR website on a computer. If you're using your phone to access your payslips, download the Sage HR app to access your payslips.

How to get to your payslips

  1. Log in to Sage HR.

    ​📌TIP: Can't log in? Use our login troubleshooting article.

  2. Click My profile, then click Payslips.​


    You can either:

View the payslip within Sage HR

  1. Next to the relevant payslip, click the list icon, which is three dots.

  2. Click View to see the Payslip online in the software. This opens up your payslip to view in Sage HR.

    📌TIP: You can quickly download the payslip from this page. Click Save as PDF.​

Download the payslip as a PDF

Either click the three dots on the relevant payslip, then click Download.

Some payroll integrations include a Download option on the payslip.
