Once your employer uploads your payslips, you can sign in to view both current and past payslips. You can also download and save them as PDFs.

On the Sage HR website, you can download one payslip or several at once. If you’re on your phone, use the Sage HR app to download payslips.

The sections below show the different ways to download payslips. UK users can follow the same steps to download P60s.

📎NOTE: Downloading payslips on a mobile web browser can be tricky. If you’re using your phone, we recommend using the Sage HR mobile app to download payslips more easily.

Download options

Download payslips - Mobile app

If you’re using your phone, use the Sage HR app to view and download payslips.

Open the app, tap the payslip you want, then tap Share.

Your phone shows options to save the payslip or send it, for example, by email.

Download a single payslip - Web portal

Depending on your company's payroll integration with Sage HR, you can either:

Click the three dots on the relevant payslip, then click Download
Click Download on the payslip itself

Download multiple payslips - Web portal

You can select multiple payslips and download them together in one go. Select the payslips, then click Download.

📎NOTE: If you can’t download multiple payslips, your browser or anti‑virus software could be blocking them. Check your settings or download the payslips one at a time instead.

Save as PDF - Website

When you view and open your payslip online, click Save as PDF to download it.

📎NOTE: On a mobile device, the payslip doesn’t display fully on the screen. Use the Sage HR app to view and download payslips on your phone.

Where do payslips download to?

Payslips download to the Downloads folder on your computer by default. Your browser or device settings control the exact location.

Once the download finishes, you can open the payslip as a PDF. To print it, click the printer icon, just like any other PDF file.

📎NOTE: If you have a question about the information on your payslip or about your pay, contact your employer directly so they can look into it.
