When you install the Sage HR app, once logged in, you can access your payslips and tax documents on your phone, anytime, anywhere.
📎NOTE: Create a login from your Sage HR welcome email before you can access your payslips.
Log in to the Sage HR app.
📌TIP: Can't log in? There are some checks you need to make.
Tap Menu at the bottom, then tap the Payslips tile.
This shows a summary of your most recent payslip, and previous payslips that year listed underneath.
📎NOTE: If any payslips are missing, contact your employer. Payslips uploaded for next year only appear in the app after 1 January of that year.
📌TIP: To view other tax documents, such as a P60, use the toggle at the bottom.
Press a payslip for further information.
When you view your payslip details, you can see the full payslip, only deductions, or other details.
To download your payslip, tap Download or Share, depending on your device. Your phone then shows options to save, print, or send the payslip, such as by email.
Common queries about accessing payslips on the Sage HR app
The payslip I'm looking for isn't there
When you can’t see a payslip, check with your employer that they’ve published it. If they confirm it’s published, try logging in at sage.hr/signin to view it.
Where does the payslip download to?
What appears depends on what you tap and the phone you use. Options include saving the payslip to your phone or sharing it by email, messaging apps, or similar. For example, you can email it to yourself.
Can I view payslips for my previous employer?
When you leave an employer, they terminate your Sage HR profile. Access stops unless the employer allows payslip access after termination. If access stops, contact your former employer directly to request your payslips.
