Learn how to manage articles and documentation

Articles can be used to communicate information on the storefront, category pages or specific products pages. Examples use cases are news articles, tutorials, blog posts or knowledge base articles. On the dashboard, navigate to Articles to see the articles you have created.

For each article you can edit:

  • Company (enabled you to add the article to a specific vendor)

  • Source Author (will display the users business card next to the article)

  • Linked products (makes the article appear on the product page)

  • Title (the title of the article)

  • Intro (preview text that is shown on the card)

  • Content (the article content)

  • Image (the leader image)

  • Video (the leader video, you can link a youtube video)

  • Document type (a tag to indicate the type of document)

  • Published on (the published date)

  • Published until (the end date)

Articles can be displayed on landing pages using the news widget, or linked to specific products to enable your customer to self educate.
