To ensure accurate custom cost prices for distributors and synchronize this information with product cards in Autotask, please follow these steps carefully:
Navigate to Admin, then select Configuration and click on General.
In the settings, set the Distributor company type to Supplier.
After configuring the distributor settings, you can proceed to edit your product prices:
Open the Pricing tab while editing a product.
Select the appropriate vendor from the provided list.
Enter the corresponding cost price and the relevant date.
