Salesbuildr allows you to configure sales tax/VAT on a product type level as well to make it straightforward and easy to configure sales tax/VAT settings for an entire group of products or services based on the VAT types configured in Autotask.

On this page, you can link a default sales tax/VAT rate to product types
Use category value (applies the settings configured here, or the product or tenant level)
Taxable (a new field appears where you can select the applicable sales tax/VAT)
Non-taxable (no tax will be applied for this product type, despite what is configured on the product or tenant level).
