Step 1: Setting Up Your Account
Once you receive your partner's email, follow the instructions to complete your account setup. This process includes:
Providing your name, email, and login credentials
Adding your company details (Company Name, Company Email, Custom Domain, Language, and Logo)
Step 2: Customizing Your Branding
Your Company Name and Logo will be displayed to your clients within the interface. You can update these settings later, but remember that any changes will apply to all client accounts associated with your account.
Step 3: Setting Up Your Custom Domain
Before you can proceed, you need a custom domain. Your custom domain will allow your clients to log in to their accounts.
How to Set Up Your Custom Domain:
Choose Your Domain Provider โ The process varies slightly depending on your domain provider. Weโll provide links to standard domain provider guides for reference.
Create a CNAME Record โ You must set up a CNAME record that points to SalesCloser. This is the value: partners.salescloser.ai
Verify the Domain โ Once the CNAME record is correctly configured, your domain will be ready.
After completing this step, your custom login URL will be active, allowing clients to access their accounts under your branding.
