Getting Started
Once you receive your partner email, follow the instructions to set up your account. This process includes:
Providing your name, email, and login credentials
Adding your company name, company email, custom domain, language, and logo
Custom Branding
Company Name & Logo: These will be displayed to all client accounts and can be updated later if needed. Changes will reflect across all clients.
Custom Domain Setup: This step is required before proceeding. Your domain provider will determine how you set up the CNAME record to point to SalesCloser. Links to common providers will be provided to assist with this setup.
Once this is completed, your clients will use your custom domain to access their accounts.
Navigating Your Account
This guide will help you navigate your account and manage your clients effectively. Below is an overview of the six main dashboards available in your account, along with their key functionalities.
Once logged in, you’ll have access to six main dashboards that allow you to manage client accounts, track calls, customize AI agents, and oversee pricing and settings.
1. Calls Dashboard
View all calls made across client accounts.
Track total, completed, in-progress, and incomplete calls.
Easily see which client account each call belongs to for better visibility and management.
2. Clients Dashboard
Shows a list of all client accounts within your White Label platform.
Add new clients by clicking "+ Add Client", where you can input their company name, full name, and email address.
Click the eye icon to view detailed insights, including:
Calls, users, AI agents, pricing, templates, and voice settings specific to each client.
Edit or impersonate a client (log into their account for support or troubleshooting).
3. AI Agents Dashboard
View and manage all AI agents created in client accounts.
Save as Template to streamline AI agent setup across multiple clients.
4. Templates Dashboard
Browse all AI agent templates available in client accounts.
Click on a template to see which clients have access to it.
Templates can be customized to meet different client needs.
5. Pricing Dashboard
View all available pricing plans, including:
Minutes included, plan pricing, and overage costs.
Toggle plans to to show or hide plans from clients
For custom pricing plans, reach out to our team—we can help set up tailored plans based on your business needs.
6. Settings Dashboard
Update company name, logo, and key account details.
Important: Changes to the company name and logo will be reflected across all client accounts.
