In this article, we’ll break down the key metrics available in the Snapshots, explain their significance, and show you how to use this data to optimise your LinkedIn and email outreach efforts.


Total Reply Rate

The Total Reply Rate is the percentage of unique members who responded to your messages. This metric combines responses from both email and LinkedIn messages, ensuring you get a comprehensive view of engagement across platforms.

In simpler terms, it shows how many people, out of those you reached out to, replied at least once.


General Statistics


The General Statistics section gives you a quick overview of your campaign activity. Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Number of created Campaigns: The total number of campaigns you've created. Deleted campaigns won't be part of this metric.

  • Active Campaigns: total number of campaigns that are currently active. Running campaigns are also part of this metric.

  • Campaign Members: The total number of individuals included in your campaigns.

  • Replies: The total number of replies received across all campaigns.

This section provides a snapshot of your overall campaign performance, helping you stay on top of your outreach efforts.

Real-Time Dynamic Graph

This graph updates in real time to give you a visual representation of your campaign’s key activities. Here's what it shows:

  • Invites Sent: The total number of connection requests sent daily.

  • Replies: The number of responses received from your your campaigns.

  • Invites Accepted: The count of sent invites that were successfully accepted by campaign members.

  • Messages Sent: The number of follow-up messages or direct messages sent as part of your campaigns.

This graph helps you monitor your campaigns progress. With real-time updates, you’re always in sync with your campaign’s performance.

Top 5 Connection Locations

This section shows the top five locations with the highest connection rates from your campaigns.

How to Use It:

  • Focus on high-performing regions to boost results.

  • Adjust messaging in areas with lower connection rates.

  • Personalise campaigns for specific regions to increase engagement.

It’s a quick way to identify where your outreach works best and refine your strategy.

Most Successful Template

This feature identifies the messaging template with the highest engagement or response rate across your campaigns.

How to Use It:

  • Analyse what’s working in your top-performing template.

  • Replicate its tone, structure, or content in future campaigns.

  • Continuously test and optimise other templates for better results.

Campaign Members with LinkedIn Premium

This metric shows how many of your campaign members have LinkedIn Premium accounts.

How to Use It:

  • Target premium members who are often more active and engaged.

  • Tailor messaging strategies for these users to improve response rates

The Responses and Connections Heatmap visually highlights the days and times when your campaign activity is most effective. It shows:

  • Responses: When you're receiving the most replies to your messages.

  • Connections: When invites are most frequently accepted.

How to Use It:

  • Identify the best times to send messages or invites for maximum engagement.

  • Adjust campaign scheduling to align with peak activity periods.

Campaign Funnel

The Campaign Funnel provides a detailed breakdown of your campaign's performance, from start to finish. It includes:

  • Number of Campaign Members: The total number of individuals in your campaign.

  • Invites Sent: The percentage of members who received connection invites.

  • Emails Sent: The percentage of members who received emails.

  • Emails Opened: The percentage of emails that were opened.

  • Connection Rate: The percentage of invites that were accepted.

  • Replies: The number of responses to your outreach.

  • Leads Generated: The number of leads that resulted from your campaign. Please note that for this metric to change, you will need to tag contacts as "Leads" in your inbox.

How to Use It:

  • Identify drop-off points to optimise your outreach at each stage.

  • Focus on improving specific areas like connection rates or email open rates to enhance overall campaign performance.
