Multichannel Campaigns let you combine email outreach with LinkedIn actions and messages to engage prospects more effectively. By mixing both channels, you can increase visibility, build trust, and improve response rates.

Recommended Flows for Multichannel Campaigns

We suggest two main approaches you can follow when setting up your campaigns:

Flow 1 - Send Emails from Connection request


1. Start with a light LinkedIn interaction: Profile visit, Post like, Skill endorsement.

Tip: Choose no more than two of these actions to keep your approach natural.

2. Send connection request

3. Count next action from: Connection request

4. Send email follow ups only

Note: LinkedIn follow-ups can only be sent after connection. Therefore, only-email follow-ups is recommended for this workflow.

Flow 2 - Send Emails from Connection Date

1. Start with a light LinkedIn interaction: Profile visit, Post like, Skill endorsement

Tip: Choose no more than two of these actions to keep your approach natural.

3. Count next action from: Connection date

4. Send 3 or 4 LinkedIn follow-ups

5. Send 3 or 4 emails; refer the LinkedIn connection in the first few emails to create context.
