Team Management - Non-Payment Automation

Overview

With Team Management, you can access and manage multiple accounts from your dedicated subdomain.

Subdomain Admins can manage all accounts, assign Managers, and generate invitation codes to easily add new users.

1. Admin Role

1.1 What is it

Admins have full access to the subdomain and can manage all accounts within it.

1.2 How do you become an admin

Admin access must be granted by our team.

2. Manager Role

2.1 What is it

A manager can access and manage accounts that have been assigned to them by admins.

2.2 How do you become a manager

Admins can assign managers their roles and give access and permissions.

  • Easily switch to accounts assigned to you in your subdomain

  • Access and manage assigned accounts on the subdomain

  • Access the Global Dashboard

  • Share campaigns between your assigned accounts on the subdomain

  • Access cancellation and expansion forms

3. How to add accounts as an admin

There are two ways to add an account on Salesflow:

a. Adding an account from scratch using an invitation code as an admin

  • Head over to the Accounts tab

  • On the top right side of the screen, click on Generate Invitation Code

  • Go to your subdomain url

  • Click on Create an account

  • Input the log-in credentials: email and password

  • Add the invitation code that you generated

  • Click on Create Account

Now that the Salesflow account is created, you just need to attach the LinkedIn account by going to:

  • Settings

  • LinkedIn account settings

  • +Buy New Slot

  • Enter the LinkedIn account credentials

  • Add account

b. Adding an account under an existing Salesflow account

  • Log-in on the Salesflow account

  • Click on the Settings tab

  • Go to LinkedIn Account Settings

  • Click on +Buy new slot

  • Enter the LinkedIn account credentials

  • Click Add account


4. Accessing Accounts

To view all the accounts on the subdomain, click on the Accounts button on the menu on the left. There you will be able to easily switch between different accounts, as well as search & filter them, or assign/unassign managers.

5. Adding Managers

In order to be able to assign accounts to managers, we need to add the managers firstly.

  • Click on Team Management tab under the admin menu

  • Click Add Manager

In order to add a manager, the account must first be created on the subdomain.

  • Once you click on the Add Manager button, a window will be displayed and all the emails will be displayed as well. Look for the email you would like to add as a manager, and click ADD.

6. Assigning Accounts to Managers

  • Click on the accounts button in the admin panel

  • Select the accounts you would like to assign to the manager

  • Once the accounts are selected, click the actions button and then click on the assign to manager button.

  • A window will be displayed, and you will be prompted to select the manager you want to add the accounts to.

  • Select the manager to assign the accounts to, click Assign, and click confirm.

NOTE: you can assign one account to different managers.

To check if the account has the correct manager, go to the accounts tab, and hover over the managers column number, the email of the manager will be displayed.
