User Settings in Salesflow

Overview

The User Settings section in Salesflow allows you to manage your personal account details and login credentials. These settings are specific to you as a user and do not affect your LinkedIn account or campaign activity.

To access your User Settings:

  1. Log in to your Salesflow account

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Click on User Settings

What can you manage in User Settings?

1. Personal account details:

  • First & Last Name

  • Company

  • Other information such as: address, city, country, phone number etc.

2. Salesflow log-in credentials & account security:

  • Email and Password


It’s important to distinguish User Settings from other settings within Salesflow:

Settings related to your attached LinkedIn account

Subscription Settings (Payment Automation only)

When should you use User Settings?

Use this option in case you need to:

  • Update your Salesflow login email address

  • Change your Salesflow login password

  • Add your personal information
