Overview
The User Settings section in Salesflow allows you to manage your personal account details and login credentials. These settings are specific to you as a user and do not affect your LinkedIn account or campaign activity.
To access your User Settings:
Log in to your Salesflow account
Navigate to Settings
Click on User Settings
What can you manage in User Settings?
1. Personal account details:
First & Last Name
Company
Other information such as: address, city, country, phone number etc.
2. Salesflow log-in credentials & account security:
Email and Password
Salesflow log-in account two factor authentication.
It’s important to distinguish User Settings from other settings within Salesflow:
Settings | Purpose |
User Settings | Salesflow account details (profile, login, preferences) |
LinkedIn Account Settings | Settings related to your attached LinkedIn account |
Subscription Settings (Payment Automation only) | Billing and subscription management |
When should you use User Settings?
Use this option in case you need to:
Update your Salesflow login email address
Change your Salesflow login password
Add your personal information
