Overview

One of the most effective ways to enhance your Salesflow account security is by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) upon login. This provides an extra layer of security and will allow you to log in using an OTP (One Time Password), so no one else can access your account.

Note:

To enable 2FA you will need to use an Authenticator app, we do not support sending security codes via SMS.

How to enable login 2FA for Salesflow

  1. Navigate through your Settings menu > User Settings > Email and password tab

  2. At the bottom of the page, you will see the two-step authentication settings.

  3. Click on the “Enable Two-Step Authentication” toggle to activate it

  4. Open your Authenticator app and scan the code

  5. Enter authenticator code in order to finalize the setup

  6. After that, 2FA will be successfully enabled on your account and you will need to enter an Authenticator app code any time you wish to log in.
