Overview

In short no. If you decide to cancel your subscription at any time during your current monthly subscription, please note we do not refund for unused days. This is a pre-paid subscription, therefore it is at the client discretion to use or not the tool during the time he paid for.

**Unless you notify Salesflow before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such renewal (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or another payment mechanism we have on record for you.**

This is also applicable for cancellations requested on the same day or shortly after the renewal charge.
