How can I Cancel my Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by navigating to:

Settings > LinkedIn account settings

IMPORTANT: if you have more than 1 associated LinkedIn profile please click the one you wish to cancel the subscription for.

Inside your Account's LinkedIn Profile Settings, click on the Subscription tab.

Here you will find the details of your current subscription.

There, click on the "Cancel Subscription" button

Once you click on the button, the following window will pop-up.

We'd appreciate you letting us know why you are leaving, that way we can always provide the best possible service :)

Once you proceed, your account will stay active until the end of the subscription.

Renewing your subscription

If you wish to renew your subscription you may navigate back into the Subscription tab where you will now see a button to Renew subscription.

Important: 30 days after your cancellation has been processed, all your campaign data will be permanently removed unless your subscription is renewed.

If you don't want your campaign data to be deleted, you may be interested in Freezing your account instead.
