Overview
We do not offer refunds for unused days if you decide to cancel your subscription at any point during your current billing cycle. Our subscription is pre-paid, therefore it is up to you, the client, to decide if you want to use the tool or not during the period that it is paid for.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify us before the end of your current billing cycle. Otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged on the card that we have on file. This includes any applicable taxes.
This policy also applies to cancellation requests made on the same day or shortly after a renewal charge has been processed.
