Overview
The Campaigns tab will allow you to view and choose the Campaign you want to open. You can also search and filter through the page. To search a campaign simply use the search bar under the statuses.
To filter, simply click on the status button, and select the campaigns you would like to display.
You can see the campaign statuses, which indicate on which state the campaign is.
Colors on the left mean Statuses (Active, On Pause, Stopped).
Percentages means Campaign Progress.
Green Progress – Connection Requests
The green progress bar shows the percentage of connection invites sent out of the total contacts in your campaign.
This includes all invites that were attempted, whether they were successfully delivered or not.
The bar updates automatically each time an invite is sent.
Blue Progress – Messages
The blue progress bar shows the percentage of messages sent out of all planned messages for your campaign.
This includes both regular follow-up messages and Open InMails that have been sent or attempted.
Contacts that have been muted or whose invitations were withdrawn are excluded from this count.
The bar updates as soon as each message is sent.
Progress Colours
The colour of each progress bar changes to help you quickly understand how close your campaign is to completion:
Green/Blue: Normal progress (below 80%)
Yellow: Almost finished (above 80% but below 100%)
Red: Completed (100%)
When the progress reaches 100%, it means all invites or messages for that campaign have been sent.
You can also see the figures for your campaign like how many total contacts are in the campaign, how many of them are not connected, how many invites have been sent, how many connections and other. The other section, includes withdrawn contacts and not verified contacts.
