Overview

Campaigns have 3 statuses

  • Stopped: The campaign is NOT active and will not send any invitations and/or messages

  • Active: The campaign is active, but is currently not sending any invitations and/or messages

  • Running: The campaign is active and it is currently sending invitations and/or messages.

Why does my campaign go to status Active and will not say Running all the time?

Campaigns run in cycles of 3 hours, and they never run at the same time, therefore you will see your campaigns stay in Active status automatically and queueing up for their turn to run again.

Can I change the status of my campaign?

Yes, you can. To change the status of your campaign, follow the steps below

  • Start your campaign by clicking the "play" button:


  • Pause your campaign on the "pause" button. This action will pause activity on your campaign only for the next cycle:


  • Stop your campaign using the "stop" button. This action will stop all activity in your campaign completely:
